For parents, Semi-Private Training offers peace of mind.  Your child learns in a supervised, structured environment where safety, technique and train with purpose.  With fewer people in the room, you get real-time feedback from our experienced coaching team, ensuring every session is efficient, engaging and effective.

What to bring to your first class?

Water Bottle

Please ensure your child has a water bottle so they can stay hydrated during the class.

Comfortable Clothing

Teens should wear comfy clothing like tracksuit bottoms, shorts, leggings and a t-shirt.

An open mind

Come with an open mind, ready to learn, be challenged and embrace the process of improving step by step.

Slip on footwear

Flip-flops, crocs or sliders – something that is easily removed to help make it easier for kids to get ready before and after class.

Please Note that ALL footwear must be removed before stepping on the Mat for hygiene reasons
